IndiGo Airlines will operate a special chartered flight on Saturday to repatriate Indian citizens stranded in Vietnam amid Covid-19 travel restrictions.
The flight will leave Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport at 2:20 p.m. with Indian nationals who have registered with their embassy.
The Indian embassy said a ticket costs $370.
Last year dozens of flights carried Indians home from Vietnam as part of a repatriation effort.
Vietnam suspended all international flights in March last year and a large number of foreigners are stuck in the country.
It has been grappling with a new coronavirus wave with 97,370 cases reported in 62 of its 63 cities and provinces since it broke out three months ago.
